Sandblasted Stainless Steel Sheet Metal
Sandblasted stainless steel sheet is also known as bead blasted stainless steel sheet, its surface comes with a uniform matt. and low reflective affect, which is finished by the no-directional abrasion of a hard inert substance, the surface of sandblasted metal is stunning and wear resistant, making it perfectly suitable for many applications such as appliance enclosures, kitchen equipment, decorations, elevator interior & doors, etc. Bead blasted metal sheets are generally available in 0.3mm to 6mm thickness. Any less or more than that can cause issues with surface finishes during manufacturing, and sheets with more than two millimeters of thickness will be too thick for practical applications. If the sheet is only going to be used for decorative purposes, a thin thickness may be sufficient.
Sandblasted Stainless Metal Sheet Colour Options
When choosing the right material for your project, you should consider the color options available for bead blasted stainless steel sheet. There are many colors available, and each type offers different effects and styles. The process produces a smooth, uniform surface, and improves the mechanical strength of parts. Glass beads are often used for this purpose, and the resulting finish is a matte, unidirectional surface. Unlike other fining processes, glass beads do not leave a profile that affects paint adherence.
