Commercial Cladding
Commercial Cladding is durable, affordable, and visually appealing.
Over the years, we have learned that commercial properties tend to take more abuse than residential buildings. Whether it is a 15 storey apartment complex or a street side business, there are a variety of ways in which we see these buildings take a beating. Because of this, we have made it our goal to protect these structures.

With taller buildings, we need to ensure they are protected from our harsh Canadian elements. Metal is a premium product for this. Metal siding has evolved over time and now has a baked on paint finish that consists of many layers. Because of this, the metal will not fade or peel over time. Most metal finishes have a minimum 25 year warranty on their paint finishes, making it perfect for high wind and high sun areas. Along with this resistance to fading, there is also resilience against minor damages. With the many layers of paint, even if metal is dented, it will still protect the building from the elements. Rusting will only occur if all these layers are damaged.
It is not uncommon to see businesses along streets that are dented and damaged. With other types of siding, such as stucco, it is difficult to fix perfectly. Paint finishes are never precise over time because the paint used on stucco will fade in the sun. Unfortunately there is no product that can withstand vehicular accidents. One of the main benefits of metal cladding is how easy it is to replace when such accidents occur. We strongly promote basic commercial cladding styles for these buildings so that when damages do happen, it is often as simple as swapping out a few panels. With the resistance to fading, it is much easier to match colours.

Commercial projects do not have to be ugly and industrial either! With so many new options available, we are seeing more and more buildings feature woodgrain, textured, and other fun colours! Some customers prefer the industrial look, while others are now doing combinations of basic sidings mixed with hidden fastener premium colours.
